Salt & Oat Mezcal Paloma
Combine the gin, Cerasum, cherry blossom honey syrup and lemon juice with ice in a shaking tin. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe.
- 40ml Mezcal Amores
- 20ml oat water
- 1 dash @Bitter_Union aromatic bitters
- 80ml Peter Spanton Nº13 Salted Paloma
- Garnish with a cherry and a cherry blossom
